Lavender- It has a refreshing, relaxing scent that has balancing proerpties that calm the mind and body.
Peppermint- Minty fresh aroma. Cooling, invigoration, and clearing. Traditionally used to promote healthy respiratory function and ease tension headaches. Combats mental and physical fatigue.
